Moderation

The conversation is the essence of democracy. A true conversation allows participants to leave an exchange wiser than they were before. They experience full attention when they explain their point of view. This contributes to a willingness to understand perspectives different from their own. In an environment that invites independent thinking solutions emerge that do justice to all involved. We facilitate different formats of conversation in committees, teams and thematic conferences (Frauke Lisa Seidensticker) and offer structured mediation (Dr. Benjamin Stachursky).

Moderation

Moderation

It is a pleasure to support organizations where people want to think together. Where they are welcome with their contributions, and all are listening, understanding and open for new insights. A professional moderation allows leaders to participate in the debate without having to pay attention to chairing the conversation all the time, and it allows a flow of fresh thinking independent of participants’ role. I prepare the session with you, will always encourage a short agenda focusing on the essence of your debates, and I lead you through the conversation whether it lasts two hours or two days.

Mediation

Mediation

In all organizations, you will meet situations where, at least at first sight, points of view look incompatible. A mediation supports those involved to solve such conflicts independently in a structured and confidential process. This enables parties to the conflict to question fixed positions and to express their own interests and needs. Mutual listening is a fertile ground for a deeper understanding for the other side. All parties involved find a solution in a constructive common process that goes far beyond a simple compromise.

I would like to ask you to facilitate this conference, you are just delightfully calm and unexcited in heated debates.
