Individuals

Whether you face demanding tasks within your job, would like to change your professional or personal situation, are exhausted due to challenging times: there are manifold reasons to have someone in your life who listens with greatest attention, understands your considerations and raises refreshing questions. This could be for you? Then you are cordially invited for an in-depth conversation. You experience coaching with me and based on your priorities we develop a package that looks like a good format for you. These packages worked well for my clients, we might take them as a starting point:

Short and refreshing

Sometimes you just look for an impulse that opens new perspectives. Three sessions of 60 or 90 minutes within six weeks.

Coaching for professionals

Those of you who run an institution, a department or their own business, look for professional change or simply face demanding tasks in their job: You might benefit from continuous accompaniment for a year or several years: Ten sessions of 60 or 90 minutes over a year.

Basic course in miracles

The more you wonder about life the more you find yourself surrounded by miracles. This intensive format turns out to be enormously stabilizing, with a high potential for profound change and a deep understanding of the human condition between insight, amazement and creativity. 30 to 50 hours in the current of a year.

What is your approach?

You, your concerns and issues, your personal and professional development are my agenda. Many people are not aware to which extent they can rely on their own thinking. To consider options, to reflect upon something, think something through: How does this work? Can I trust my own impulses? Of all the thoughts that go through my mind, which one do I want to follow, which one would I prefer to dismiss? I offer a setting that allows you to develop your abilities to formulate your questions precisely and to discover convincing and sustainable solutions.

How do I know whether you are the coach I am looking for?

You cannot. Therefore, I offer a one to two-hour session for free. You experience coaching with me. This puts you in a position to decide whether you would like to continue to work with me.

Who are your clients?

It is beautiful to sit with other human beings in a conversation, and to see what emerges in a space of trust and sincerity. If this is the starting point; I nearly always experience a talk as fruitful. Consequently, I work with people from quite different walks of life: leaders and students, entrepreneurs and artists, experts and generalists.

What kind of training did you attend?

I graduated from the basic (2012) and the advanced (2019) track of US-Supercoach Michael Neill's international coaching academy. In addition, I was certified by Coach U (ICF-certified training), received an NLP-Master title and another one as a hypnotherapist. The observations of the Scotsman Sydney Banks on the interplay of mind, consciousness and thought, the Thinking Environment developed by Nancy Kline and Arnold Mindell's process-oriented psychology have been important sources of inspiration to me.

How does such a session work, do you have an office?

You can choose from a range of settings for your sessions with me: I have an office in Berlin-Zehlendorf, we can talk over the phone, meet on the screen or we walk through parks and other quiet areas in Berlin, such as the gorgeous Botanic Garden. Walks are particularly suitable as a part of an intensive two- or three-day-retreat.

How many sessions should I take?

You decide on the number and duration of our sessions in the beginning of our cooperation. Some formats have worked well for my clients, should be understood as suggestion only though: An annual coaching of fifty sessions allows profound change, leaders often opt for a monthly session, and this frequently for several years. Or you would just like a nudge that carries you to the next river bend – then you start with three sessions only.

In any case, it is helpful to take a decision on the number and frequency of sessions in the beginning. This helps you to relax into a structured change process.
